February 2011 SANATORIUM I continue to remind parents to update the San with the required medical details. I also would like to thank Mr Nderere for the donation of drugs and sundries he made to the San. This will go a long way in treating the students. May God bless him and his family. Thank you Sr Mandisodza Enrolment Office Please may l kindly have parents for these children to come to the Enrolment Office to get forms for their children to complete them and leave them with me. eg Visiting list, Medical details form, Entry form and the Declaration form. If they had filled them in please kindly bring them back. Mavuru Sharon – Birth certificate. SANATORIUM The San sisters started 2011 on a good note and are hoping that you all had a healthy and enjoyable holiday with your children. Our motto remains: Our Children’s Health Is Our Responsibility. Let’s all aim at keeping them healthy. Please be reminded that all parents/guardians are supposed to update the San sisters on your children’s medical details (allegies, medical aid numbers, and your contact telephone or cell numbers) plus any medical condition that will need monitoring.
