Watershed College is a thriving trust school situated in Marondera. We invite reputable suppliers to tender for the following:

DESCRIPTION: CATERING SERVICES

CLOSING DATE: 10:00 AM ON FRIDAY 10TH FEBRUARY 2012

TENDER NUMBER: WC/CATERING 01/2012

Interested bidders are required to obtain Tender Documents from The Administrator at Watershed College upon payment of a non- refundable cash fee of US $100.00. Tenders must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, endorsed on the outside with the advertised tender number, description, closing date and HAND DELIVERED and be DEPOSITED INTO the TENDER BOX located at the Reception, Watershed College, Peddie Road, off Mutare Road, Marondera and be received on or before 10:00 am Friday 10th February 2012. Please note that the ONLY AUTHORISED INSTRUMENT of tendering is the Official Tender Document obtainable from Watershed College against payment of the non-refundable fee of US$100.00, and the ONLY MODE of tendering is through the TENDER BOX. All Tenderers to include:

1. Company Registration Documents (Certificate of Incorporation, CR14, CR6, current ITF 263 Clearance Certificate)

2. Corporate Profile.

3. Latest financial statements

Please note:

1. Watershed College is not obliged to accept the lowest price.

2. Watershed College has the right to postpone, cancel or extend this Tender. Late submissions will not be accepted.
